Supplier Integration

Suppliers receive everything they need.
Directly. Structured. On time.

Structured briefs, digital quotes, coordinated appointments — suppliers get everything they need to deliver, without back-and-forth via phone and email.

  • Structured briefs sent directly — no incomplete specifications
  • Digital quote submission — tracked, version-controlled
  • Appointment coordination within the platform
  • Document delivery notifications — no chasing for missing files
The difference

From ad-hoc to structured supplier communication

Without oneLynk
Brief sent by email — incomplete, supplier calls to ask for details
Quote arrives as PDF via email — not linked to the unit
Appointment scheduling by phone — multiple calls per unit
Supplier documents stored in various inboxes and folders
Delays cascade — late brief means late delivery
With oneLynk
Structured brief auto-generated from buyer decisions — complete
Digital quote submission linked to unit, tracked and versioned
Appointment coordination within the platform
All supplier documents centrally stored, linked to the unit
Briefing sent as soon as buyer decision is locked — no delay
The impact

When suppliers have everything they need, projects stay on schedule.

The most common cause of delays in fitout phases is not supplier capacity — it is incomplete or late information. An incorrect brief means a revised quote. A missed appointment means a rescheduled delivery. Each delay impacts the next step.

oneLynk closes this gap. The moment a buyer’s decision is locked, the structured brief is generated and sent to the relevant supplier. Nothing falls through the cracks.

“We used to spend a full day every week just coordinating with suppliers — sending documents, chasing quotes, confirming appointments. With a central platform, that simply disappears.”

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do suppliers need their own oneLynk account?
Suppliers receive structured briefs and can submit documents and quotes via a dedicated supplier access. No full account required — they interact only with what is relevant to their assigned units and tasks.
How are briefs generated from buyer decisions?
Once a buyer confirms a selection and it passes PM review, oneLynk automatically compiles the relevant specifications — dimensions, materials, model numbers, approved options — into a structured brief and notifies the assigned supplier.
Can we work with existing supplier relationships?
Yes. oneLynk does not replace your supplier relationships — it provides the coordination layer on top of them. You continue working with the same kitchen suppliers, plumbers and flooring specialists; they just receive better information.
What happens if a supplier submits an incomplete document?
The system tracks document completeness per requirement. Incomplete submissions are flagged and the supplier is notified. The PM receives an alert so they can follow up before it becomes a bottleneck.
